|Recommended: YesTHIS WAS THE EASIEST MOST PLEASANT PROCESS I HAVE EVER HAD. SELENA WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING AND EXPLAINED WHICH APARTMENT SHE THOUGHT AFTER I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION WOULD BE THE BEST FIT. SHE WAS SO SWEET THROUGH ALL THE PHONE CALLS EMAILS NOT BEING ABLE TO UPLOAD EVERYTHING SHE WAS AWESOME. SHE WAS EVEN ABLE TO GET OUR MOVE IN DATE MOVED UP BY 7 DAYS SO MY AUNT WHO IS 73 DIDNT HAVE TO STAY IN A HOTEL. SELENA THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS YOUR HARDWORK AND MAKING OUR PROCESS FLAWLESS. ALL I CAN SAY IS REMEMBER THAT YES THERE ARE ALWAYS GOOD AND BAD THINGS SAID BUT GIVE PEOPLE AND PLACES A CHANCE TO MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP. THERE ARE DIFFERENT REASONS FOR EVERYTHING SAID. NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE. I HONESTLY HAVE NOTHING BUT POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY. AGAIN SELENA YOOU ARE AMAZING AND THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

|Recommended: NoDon't Bother — i have not been here a full 6 months yet and have had issues since the jump. recently my heat has been acting up and was off during the winter storm. ive had someone come out four times since i moved in in November to fix my heat. the heat has not been fixed still. everytime i get the same response something with the breaker, the breaker needs to be replaced. yet it has not been done. thats the main issue, i called the office and told them in the morning that my heat needed to be fixed and she said she would send someone out then hours passed by and i called again and she said she forgot. i sent a 60 day notice in an still havent gotten a response. last night the heat was on but something smelt like it was burning so i had to turn it off. as of right now it blowing cold air but on heat

|Recommended: YesA Safe, Welcoming, and Comfortable Place to Call Home — So far, I love everything about this apartment community. I feel completely safe walking my dog, even at night. The staff and management have been extremely courteous and truly go above and beyond. They’re very straightforward with pricing and what to expect, which I really appreciate.
The property is well-maintained and clean, with plenty of space to walk your dog. There are lots of pet stations, nice grassy areas, and an outdoorsy feel overall. The apartments themselves feel like a real home on the inside, and the balconies are very comfortable.
Overall, I’m truly enjoying this place. It’s been a great experience so far.

Very understanding and accommodating to our schedule, immediate move in from Friday app to Wednesday move in was awesome.
Will recommend her and this beautiful townhouse to friends and family.
|Recommended: YesReview — Well the maintenance ppl come bargain I ng into my apartment saying something like water leak emergency and none of my neighbors new what they were talking about but before that they were peeking in my windows and sliding glass door
|Recommended: NoMove here if you love having loud neighbors that have parties every weekend outside and take up all the parking spaces and leave their trash everywhere and also if you like having your apartment infested with bugs and you pay a fee to have that taken care of every month but they never come out and spray. They also never take care of water leaks
|Recommended: NoPoor Everything — The office Agent Claudia is very combative and condescending. She doesn’t listen to understand but to just respond with a brush off answer. She doesn’t not answer the phone frequently and has extremely late follow up communication. In emergency cases she takes her time to send proper notification to tenants and failed repeatedly to identify herself locking me out as a tenant out of the office to not have to answer my questions. I had to follow up with law enforcement to help me identify her. The pest control here also is very unsatisfactory and maintenance request turn around times as well. Would not recommend

|Recommended: NoShower emergency — Ernesto here was an amazing help this weekend. He came in for an emergency even though he wasn't on call. I didn't think there'd be help over the weekend but he came through and I greatly appreciated it
